These terms govern your use of the Slowave app (the “App”), published by Colomé Maël. By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Standard End-User License Agreement (Apple EULA), which applies in addition to these terms.
2. Purpose and medical disclaimer
Slowave is a tracking and coaching tool based on lifestyle habits related to sleep. It is not a medical device, nor a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
- The sleep score and insights are provided for indicative and educational purposes.
- The heart rate (HRBS) reading via HealthKit has no diagnostic value.
- If you experience persistent sleep problems or any health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
The App offers two Pro options:
- Monthly subscription — auto-renews monthly until cancelled.
- Lifetime one-time purchase — single payment, permanent access to Pro features.
3.1 Billing and auto-renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase. For the monthly subscription, your account is automatically charged the indicated amount within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of that period.
3.2 Management and cancellation
You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time, from your iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
3.3 Refunds
Since all transactions are handled by Apple, refund requests must be sent directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the App;
- circumvent license mechanisms or in-app purchases;
- use the App in any way that would violate applicable laws.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its code, design, texts, sounds, and trademarks are the property of Colomé Maël and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights other than the license described in section 1 are granted to you.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties and cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms to reflect changes to the App or the legal framework. The last update date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer law.
